All claims for damage or shortages in transit, must be filed directly with the carrier
Merchandise not subject to return, unless accompanied by a return goods authorization
On all payments made after maturity an additional charge of 1% per month will be added
Orders under $100.00 subject to a $25.00 service charge
There is no charge for a new pattern if the quantity of a shade order is 25 or more pieces per shade.
Orders less than a quantity of 25 is subject to a one time pattern change if an existing pattern is not in stock.
No pattern charge for silk lined shades or existing pattern sizes we have in stock.
